Operation Wake Surf traveled across the country to join forces with Knot On Call to kick off the season. Held in the Sacramento-area Delta, the event brought together first responders and veterans for an unforgettable day of connection, healing, and time on the water. May 8-9 Come and Take it Conroe Competition 2026
Knot On Call traveled to Lake Conroe to represent the wake surf community at the Conroe Classic. The annual event brought together riders, families, and supporters for a weekend of competition, connection, and time on the water at Margaritaville on beautiful Lake Conroe. It was a great opportunity to share our mission, support the wake surf community, and continue building relationships around wellness, family, and the power of being on the water.
May 9- Hearts4Heroes Gala
Knot On Call was proud to join them at their gala in support of the men and women who wear the uniform and serve our community. Their mission to provide ongoing mental health and wellness support for first responders aligns closely with our own. It was an honor to stand alongside others who are committed to serving those who serve. April 18, May 15 - Women on The Water
Knot On Call joined Mello Marine for their Women on the Water event, a hands-on boating experience designed to help women build confidence on and around the water.
This supportive event gives women the opportunity to learn practical boating skills from other women, including how to back boats into the water, operate and drive boats, and learn more about boating safety and certification opportunities.
For Knot On Call, time on the water has always been about more than boating. It is about creating space to reset, build confidence, connect with others, and support overall wellness. We were proud to bring our boats and be part of a day focused on learning, empowerment, community, and the restorative power of being on the water.

2023-2025 Review
Over the past three years, Knot On Call has grown into something truly special. What started as a simple idea to get first responders out on the water has become a meaningful wellness movement built around connection, healing, and community.
Since 2023, we have pulled over 350 different first responders and hosted numerous on-water events designed to give them a chance to step away from the stress of the job, reset, and focus on their mental wellness. Each event has reminded us that sometimes the most powerful support comes from creating space where first responders can breathe, connect, laugh, and feel appreciated.
The impact has been significant. We have heard firsthand how these days on the water have helped first responders decompress, reconnect with themselves and their families, and continue forward in their mental wellness journey. That feedback is what motivates us to keep growing, keep showing up, and keep serving those who serve our communities.
None of this would be possible without the incredible support of our volunteers, sponsors, local businesses, donors, and everyone who has believed in our mission. This has always been a team effort, and we are deeply grateful for every person who has helped make Knot On Call what it is today.
As we look ahead, we are more inspired than ever to continue making an impact. Our mission remains clear: to support first responders, promote mental wellness, and create meaningful experiences on the water that remind them they are not alone.
