This year in review:  

April 15 - Salute 2 Service with Operation Wake Surf

Operation Wake Surf traveled across the country to join forces with Knot On Call in launching the season. Held in the Sacramento-area Delta, the event united first responders and veterans for an unforgettable day of connection, healing, and time on the water.

February 1 - Sebastian Maniscalco Comedy Show 

A huge thank you to Action Asphalt & Concrete for their generous donation of 8 tickets to Knot On Call. These tickets allowed us to treat eight first responders from four different entities to a much-needed night out at a comedy show. Your support created an unforgettable experience, helping our first responders connect and unwind. The impact of your contribution was truly appreciated, and we can’t thank you enough for supporting our cause.  

January 25, 2025 - Life Is Good Dinner and Fundraiser

We are incredibly grateful to Life is Good Rentals and Operation Wakesurf for inviting us to this incredible event. The gathering was truly amazing, filled with wonderful people and inspiring energy. This event, sponsored in collaboration with Mello Marine and Centurion Boats, was successful. We were also joined by Shine with a Purpose, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone involved. Your generous contributions will have a significant impact on our first responders, and veterans will greatly benefit from your support of our cause. Thank you for making a difference! 

2024 Events

We had a fantastic time this year.  We pulled over 100 First Responders and hosted 12 events.  The amount of support we provided was extraordinary, and we received great feedback.  We received tremendous support from local companies, one fundraiser, and amazing volunteers throughout the year.  This year was a team effort, and we cannot thank everyone enough for their contributions to First Responders.  We look forward to next year!

October 24- Sacramento Sheriff's Department 

We had a fantastic time attending the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department Employee Wellness Fair and are excited to support your deputies further. 

October 24 - Lake Berryessa

We were honored to join Centurion for their Salute to Service event at Lake Berryessa, California.

September 30- (Private Mental Health Event)

September 13 - Lake Yosemite

We were honored to join Centurion for their Salute to Service event at Lake Yosemite in Merced, California.  

September 10 - San Francisco Giants

We teamed up with Merging Veterans and Players and attended the San Francisco Giants game for Suicide Awareness Day.  We met a lot of great veterans.

September 5 - Folsom Lake

We were so honored to be able to help a person in need on a private day on the lake.

August 24 - (Private Mental Health Event)

We had a memorable day out honoring a very special person and their family while they battle cancer.  For more information and ways to help, visit go2.org. 

August 18-19 - Stockton, California

Over the weekend, spouses joined our first responders for a fantastic outing on the Delta. We set off from Village West in Stockton, California. Our first responders enjoyed surfing near large ships, spotting sea otters and sea lions, and watching impressive tricks performed by our coaches!

August 12 (Private Mental Health Event)

July 14 and July 15—Folsom Lake

We had a fantastic time out there. We pulled 13 first responders representing nine different agencies. We also welcomed two outstanding individuals who wanted to give back to their church. It was a huge success!  A total of 15 individuals were pulled by two centurions over two days!

Operation Wake Surf

We joined Operation Wake Surf in North Carolina, where 11 Heroes from all over the country came together and created a lifelong bond.  It was a 3-day event full of go-karting at Victory Lane Karting, Pit Crew training at Stewart-Haas Racing, and wake surfing!

Life is Good Surf Event

We joined Lig Rentals in their Life is Good Surf Event.  Operation Wake Surf brought us out and assisted in taking out ten heroes on Lake Camp Far West.  Professional surfers and photographers set the bar.

WINTER 2024

March 9, 2024 - Sacramento Boat Show

This year's boat show was a fantastic success!  Thank you to those vendors who took the time out of their show to engage with us!  Special thanks to Centurion Boats, Mello Marine, Mono, Wake Surf, and Wake for Warriors.  Those companies have many great and respectable people who respect First Responders.  Thank you!

Christmas Tree Event 2023

Christmas 2023 saw great support in the Morgan Hill, California, area. Within several weeks of launching, the area generated over $3,800 in donations during our yard Christmas Tree program for Heroes. Great Job!
