Jenna – Competitive Wakesurfer and coach by day, Social Media handler by night.  

Jenna has relentlessly put First Responders first, volunteering her time to coach them on event days while also serving as our Social Media expert. Her dedication, passion, and selflessness have been invaluable to Knot On Call. She goes above and beyond, ensuring that our message reaches those who need it most while giving First Responders the guidance and support they deserve.

Rob and Janelle – Competitive Wakesurfers and Dedicated Coaches 

Rob and Janelle are accomplished not only competitive wakesurfers but also passionate coaches who have dedicated countless hours to supporting first responders and veterans. With years of experience in the sport, they have generously shared their expertise, helping first responders develop confidence, skill, and love for wakesurfing. Their involvement in coaching at our events has been invaluable, ensuring that participants receive top-tier instruction and an unforgettable experience on the water.

Payam and Jake – Coaches, Ambassadors, and Dedicated Supporters

Payam and Jake, who met through Mello Marine, have become key contributors to Knot On Call, tirelessly supporting our mission to enhance the mental wellness of first responders. As dedicated coaches and ambassadors, they have stepped up in every way—coaching, driving boats, and creating a welcoming environment for participants. Their passion for the sport and genuine care for those who serve make them invaluable to our team.  

With unwavering dedication, they bring positivity, encouragement, and expertise to every event, ensuring first responders feel supported on and off the water. Their generosity and commitment go beyond instruction—they build lasting connections and embody the spirit of giving back. Payam and Jake are more than just coaches; they are true advocates, continuously uplifting and inspiring the first responder community. 

Kristin – Executive Assistant 

Kristen plays a critical role behind the scenes, providing administrative support that keeps Knot On Call running smoothly. Her dedication and attention to detail in taking minutes, organizing notes, and communication make her an invaluable asset to Knot On Call.  She is always willing to step in wherever needed, helping at events and ensuring everything runs efficiently. 

As the mother of a first responder, Kristen’s passion, heart, and compassion align deeply with our mission. She understands the sacrifices and challenges faced by those who serve, making her support even more meaningful. Kristen embodies the caring and dedicated spirit that defines Knot On Call.

Doug - Dedicated Advocate and Champion 

Doug, a former competitive Jet Ski racer, combines his passion for the water with his unwavering commitment to first responders. His deep-rooted love for the water and appreciation for those who serve make him an invaluable part of Knot On Call. His dedication goes far beyond participation, and he even occasionally provides his Centurion boat for events if needed for additional support.  

Doug embodies the spirit of selflessness and reliability. Whether assisting with logistics or offering hands-on support wherever needed, he is always the first to step up—without hesitation and question. Doug’s passion, generosity, and steadfast support make him more than just a volunteer; he is a champion of our mission.

John and Jeff – First Responder Ambassadors and Supporters 

John and Jeff are first responders and dedicated advocates for Knot On Call’s mission. Their firsthand understanding of first responders' challenges fuels their passion for supporting mental wellness. Their guidance, experience, and willingness to assist have been instrumental in shaping our events and outreach efforts.
