1. Nature of the Event

This event is a charitable fundraising drawing, commonly referred to as “Super Bowl Squares.”
It is not gambling and is conducted to support Knot On Call’s charitable mission.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals 18 years of age or older
Open to residents of the United States
Void where prohibited by law

3. How the Game Works

Each board consists of 100 squares arranged in a 10×10 grid.

Once all squares on a board are filled:

Numbers 0–9 are randomly assigned to each row and column for the teams playing in the Super Bowl.
These numbers represent the last digit of each team’s score.

Example:
If the score is AFC 17 – NFC 14, the winning square is the square with:

AFC = 7
NFC = 4

4. Square Cost

Each square is $25
Each board totals $2,500
Participants may select more than one square

5. Payout Structure (Per Board)

This fundraiser uses a 60/40 model:

60% of proceeds support Knot On Call’s programs
40% of proceeds are distributed to participants with winning squares

End of 1st Quarter: $150
Halftime (End of 2nd Quarter): $200
End of 3rd Quarter: $150
Final Score: $500

Total payouts per board: $1,000
Total to Knot On Call per board: $1,500

6. Square Selection & Assignment

Squares are selected through the SuperBowlSquares platform.
Numbers are assigned randomly after all squares on a board are filled.
Requested square positions are not guaranteed.
Once assigned, square positions cannot be changed.

7. Payment & Confirmation

Payment is collected separately using Square
Payment must be completed within the time window stated on the board
Unpaid squares may be removed and made available to others

8. Winning Determination

Winning squares are determined by the official Super Bowl score at:

End of the 1st quarter
End of the 2nd quarter (halftime)
End of the 3rd quarter
End of the game
Official NFL scores are final and binding.

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prizes.

10. Board Capacity & Closing

This fundraiser is limited to a fixed number of boards.
Once all squares across all boards are filled, no additional entries will be accepted.
Late entries will not be honored.

11. Conduct & Administration

Knot On Call reserves the right to:

Reject incomplete or duplicate entries
Remove unpaid squares
Correct administrative or clerical errors
All decisions made by Knot On Call are final.

12. Additional Entry Information

Knot On Call provides an alternative method of entry as required by applicable law.
